After an inauspicious start (the courier company left the PC outside our home in the rain) things have turned out ok. Amazon were fantastic, no fuss a straight replacement dispatched a couple of days later. Now onto the PC. It is everything I'd hoped for and extremely easy to set up (out of the box, connected to our our wireless network, 4 user accounts set up and my 9 year old playing "angry birds" within 20 minutes). I've not tried anything too intensive yet but have played dvd's, loaded photo's and streamed video and I have to say I'm very impressed with the quality of the sound, graphics and monitor picture quality. I use the latest Macbook Pro which has an i5 processor and this PC is every bit as responsive. The build quality is also very good and the touch screen is just the icing on the cake.........................

Great Value and sound performance
Excellent performance and good build quality make this an excellent value laptop. The B940 processor is more than able for day to day computing, and is a joy to use. Also, for those Linux fans out there this works flawlessly out of the box with Kubuntu 11.10 and Linux Mint 12.

1.0 out of 5 stars Laptop Service
Beware, if the laptop has to back to Lenovo for warranty issues it will take more than two weeks, because their repair centre is in Germany. If their evaluation of the fault is not covered by warranty, it could cost more than you paid for it, if you do not accept this they will charge the shipping costs to and from Germany. Their customer service approach is the worst I...

Excellent
I was looking at this or the Cambridge Sciences G7II. Very happy with this:

1024 screen which is a very responsive capacitive screen with pinch to zoom.

Although only a single core processor, more than fast enough for general browsing.

Official Android Market - games download quickly (I downloaded a racing game that utilises the device's...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not Without Issues
This is a nice little tablet for the price, but there are a few little problems with it.

The first issue i had with the Lenovo A1 was getting it to stay connected to my wireless network. It would connect with no problems, but then, every 30 seconds or so, the connection would drop and reconnect. After doing some investigating, I saw some other users were having...

Review Lenovo IdeaCentre Q180 Small Form Factor Desktop PC (Intel Atom D2700 2.13GHz, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, LAN, WLAN, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit with USB Keyboard and Mouse)

This is a very small, cheap and stylish looking PC. I bought it because I found it aesthetically more pleasant than the other nettops I could find around. The plus is that it has more RAM and larger storage space then most competitors in the same price range.
Do not expect great performance, with an Atom CPU and relatively slow disk is designed for low power consumption and small size, rather then performance. On some tasks my 6 years old Pentium 4 is still better, but this one occupies 1/40 of the volume on my desk and is much more silent.
It is perfect for e-mail, running office application and multimedia, if video is stored locally. I also run with an X-server without any problem. Not that good for video streaming: on the same network connection my older pentium laptop gives a much more fluid rendering than this PC..................

Brilliant! I had done a huge amount of research before I bought this item. It was listed best laptop under £500 from a few websites. The speed in this laptop is incredible and the quality is also very good.I like to watch movies, play games and upload stuff which was so easy with this laptop. Also great battery life - over 5 hours. The only bad thing is that smudge marks do appear on the back of the laptop but this does not bother me because I do not use this laptop as a fashion accessory........................
